The Back to School Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by AMANK Fashion Brand (“Organizer”) and is open to all customers who make a purchase of RM150 (Back to School items only) or more in a single receipt during the campaign period.
The campaign period is from 28/04/2023 to 08/05/2023. Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for the Campaign.
Customers who meet the purchase requirement will be eligible to participate in the Campaign and receive one free piece of school uniform every month for the next 12 months. The uniforms included in the Campaign are ‘Primary White Shirt’, ‘Primary Baju Kurung’, ‘Primary Blouse’, ‘Secondary White Shirt’, ‘Secondary Blouse’ and ‘Secondary Baju Kurung’.
The free school uniform will be distributed through vouchers. All eligible customers will receive one voucher every month (for 12 months) to redeem the free school uniform either on our website or our selected retail shop. Every voucher will be valid for only one-time use. Any voucher that is not redeemed will not be able to carry to the next month.
The free school uniform is not exchangeable for cash or any other item. The uniform cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
Only purchases of the items included in the Campaign will be eligible for the free school uniform. Any other items purchased in the same transaction will not be eligible for the Campaign.
The Campaign is subject to the availability of stocks. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any uniform with another of equal or higher value without prior notice.
The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other rules, regulations or guidelines that the Organizer may issue from time to time.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the Campaign, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
